Stem cells
Stem
cells are special type of cells which are able to devide rapidly through
mitosis and produce more similar cells . these undifferentiating cells which
are later converting into many other species. There two types of stem cells are
found are as follows : embryonic stem cells and adult stem cells.
·
Embryonic stem cells are found only in the embryonic tissue these are
isolating from inner cellular mass of blastocyst ………………
·
Adult stem cells are found at various tissues , in adult these are work as
a repairing system of the body .
In developing embryo , stem cells
are converts into special differentiating tissues those are having its own work
. [endoderm ,ectoderm and mesoderm]but these are maintaining all organs
functions such as blood , skin, or intestinal tissue.
In Adults ,stem cells are isolating from bone marrow ,
adipose tissue ,blood and these are also be taken from umbilical cord blood .
Adults stem cells are
rapidly used for the medical purposes like organ transplantation , stem cells
can be grown into special differentiating which can transferred . embryonic
cell numbers can be generated using dedifferentiation of adult cells and
somatic call nuclesr transfer.
